Things to do instead of eat <3

1) Paint your nails.

2) Do 15 jumping jacks (i usually feal good after any excercise and it makes me not want to eat- fealing thin is a good way to get thin. eat for the body you want not the one you have)

3) Come look at thinspo.

4) Do your makeup.

5) Pick out your clothes for tomorrow.

6) Take a shower.

7) Learn a different way to braid your hair, and master it.

8) Really think about why you arent eating. And remember that every time you resist the urge to eat it gets easier for the next time. You have to build up you self control.

9) Drink 5 glasses of water. You will be way to full to eat after this..

10) Smoke a ciggarette.

11) Try to hold a handstand for a full minute. If you cant do a hand stand, teach yourself to do a handstand.

12) Take a walk.

13) Think about how strong you are for saying no to food. Think about how thin youll be! how thin you are already on your way to by not eating.
